Membership and professional bodies
Run ethics, member discipline and member arbitration on your own code, with your panel deciding and the whole process on a record you can produce.
How it helps
Your code run the same way for every member, and a panel that still decides
Your code of conduct and your procedural rules run every case, so a hearing follows the process your members were promised.
The system prepares the papers and drafts the outcome, and your committee or panel reviews it, changes what it wants, and signs.
Every step is on a record you can check and export in full, which is what answers a member who says they were not properly heard.
Discipline cases carry sensitive personal data and they are the ones members challenge. The record is what shows the notice went out, the member answered, the panel considered it, and the outcome followed the code.
It prepares the case, and your panel decides

Questions we get asked
We already have a workflow tool for discipline cases. Why change?
A workflow tool moves a case between stages. Settle& runs your code of conduct as the rulebook, drafts the outcome from the file, and keeps a record that shows the process was followed. If your tool does not draft and does not produce a defensible record, those are the two things it cannot give you.
Our code is unusual. Does it have to be rewritten to fit?
No. Settle& is configured from a body's own code and procedural rules clause by clause, rather than adapted to them afterwards. That is the design, and it is what lets one system serve bodies whose codes have nothing in common.
A member says they were not properly heard. What can we produce?
That notice went out, what the member filed and when, that the panel considered it, and the rule each step was taken under, all on one record that can be exported in full. That is usually the question a challenge turns on rather than whether the outcome was right.
Discipline files carry sensitive personal data. Where does it sit?
Where the system runs, and every sub-processor with its country and level of access, is set out in writing for your team before go-live rather than described in general terms. No model is trained on your cases, and that is a signed term.
Does the panel still decide?
Yes. Settle& prepares the papers and drafts the outcome, and your committee or panel reviews it, changes what it wants, and signs. Any function can be switched off, and both the default and the change go on the record.
See it run on your own code
The same system runs member arbitration and published complaint schemes.
