Financial and Insurance Disputes

Lending and insurance claim disputes, settled the governed way, at scale. The system clears the routine, a person owns every decision, and every action is on the record.

How it helps

The machine takes the volume, and a person owns every decision

Built for volume

Lending and insurance disputes arrive in numbers. The system handles the routine at scale.

A person on every decision

No claim is resolved without a named person accountable for the call.

A record you can defend

Every action is on a record you can check and export in full.

It clears the routine, and a person owns every call

Confidentiality

No model trains on your cases

Hosting and residency

We set out where your cases are hosted, and the terms that govern it, before any agreement.

Ledger custody

You hold the ledger, and you export or delete it on your terms.

The tenant boundaryThe institution's case data sits inside a sealed tenant boundary. The training pipeline sits outside it, and the path from the case data to training is cut, so no model trains on the cases.Your tenantCase datarestricted per institution, encrypted in transitThe modelnever trains on the case

Questions we get asked

Our volumes are the problem. Does this actually scale?

Volume is the case this stage is built for, because complaint handling inside a firm is usually a turnaround problem rather than a complexity one. What it means for your book is a question for a working session with your own numbers, and Settle& publishes no reduction figure it has not measured.

How is this different from our case management or CRM system?

Those systems hold the file and move it along. Settle& runs your own terms and your regulator's rules as the rulebook, drafts the response from the file, and keeps a record that shows a named person decided. The difference shows up when a complaint escalates and someone asks you to prove the process.

What happens when a complaint escalates to an ombudsman?

It carries its record with it. Because the same system runs the scheme stage, the case moves on with one record rather than being rebuilt from a file and an email trail, which is where most of the loss happens today.

Who signs the final response?

A named person in your team. Settle& drafts and a person with authority reviews, changes and signs, and both halves are recorded separately so you can show which was which.

Can we keep our own wording and our own name on it?

Yes. Every screen and notice a customer sees carries your name, your logo and your wording, which is a contract term rather than a configuration option.

See it run on your own claims

The same system runs Governed Arbitration and Governed Mediation.
